VISION: To be one of the leading Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP) in the world. MISSION: To provide safe, efficient, effective and economic Air Navigation Services to airspace users, through deployment of new technologies and dedicated workforce.

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency has a high sense of responsibility towards her community and environs. Evidence is shown by the way the organization  assiduously creates an enabling environment that accepts and trains industrial attachment students and National youth corp members posted to the organization. One of the departments, Information Communication and Technology department, in particular has an organized orientation training class for the industrial attachment students and National youth corp. members. This is geared towards tutoring the students and corp. members to facilitate the acquisition of requisite knowledge and skills that would enable them function effectively as IT professionals and meet industry challenges. This acquisition is regularly assessed via group assignments and projects. Award ceremonies are held where students who have excelled are recognized and rewarded. The National youth corp members who distinguish themselves during their service are also absorbed into the organization. NAMA continues to ensure her community and environs are positively impacted upon through her commitment to adding value to the Nigerian populace.
