The under listed is the procedures for flight planning and NOTAM promulgation.

A.    Procedures for Flight Planning

1. Flight plan should be submitted at least 60 minutes before estimated time of       departure.

2. Flight plan is submitted to ATS/Crew briefing office at all aerodromes.

3. Duty AIS officer checks for accuracy, traceability and completeness of the filed flight plan.

4. Duty AIS officer endorses and processes the filed after confirming that               navigational charges has been paid.


B.  Procedures for NOTAM promulgation

A NOTAM advice must be submitted to AIS Centers before the commencement of the activities reported upon.
